The quintessential setting for teaching, and learning hydraulics, would be to set up a classroom in a manufacturing facility for a few weeks where students study industrial hydraulics, and then move the classroom to a construction site for a few weeks where they could study mobile hydraulics.
For a student to gain maximum comprehension of hydraulics, he/she MUST learn in an environment wherein the theory is exceptionally well presented, and the lab activities are executed on a variety of hydraulic systems, which are capable of operating through complete load-cycles.

What sets the MF101 and MF100 series hydraulic training simulators apart from all other simulators, is their unique ability to replicate a fully functional industrial or mobile hydraulic system, which is capable of operating with or without load, and thats not all!
The MF101 series simulators have an unprecedented six (6) directional control valves three (3) with open flow paths in neutral, and three (3) with closed flow paths in neutral students can construct systems with complexity equal to, and in many cases greater than, those found in typical industrial and mobile machinery.
In addition, the MF101 and MF100 series simulators achieve yet another remarkable milestone in simulator design a single simulator has the onboard capability to operate in fixed displacement, pressure-compensated, and pressure and flow (*load-sensing) pump environments (*optional).

Support Frame and Hardware:
High-strength steel, welded construction. Finished with high quality powder coating. The component mounting panel is made of aluminum plate.
Safety Features:
All moving parts are protected by transparent covers. Dual pre-set, redundant relief valves are located in the power unit. Cautions and warnings are applied where necessary. All hose connections are made via flat-face quick-disconnect couplers. Safety glasses are required when operating or observing the operation of this simulator.
